Design &
Project Management
After our initial consultation with you, our team create your design and quotation based on your needs and requirements. Our team will discuss with you our findings, recommendations and process to move forward with the project. We will provide an estimated timeline, however, some things can be out of our control such as inclement weather which can cause delays to your project and therefore we never give solid completion dates.
Ordering & Planning
After you are happy with the design and the project timeline we then start to order your supplies and plan your project. This can sometimes be in phases given the size of your project or it may be as simple as 1-2 days. Each project is so different and therefore we pride ourselves on clear communication with you our client so that you are completely understanding of what to expect.
Installation
Now… the fun part!
We get down and dirty and start creating your vision and dreams to make your house your home!
Again through the installation phase, we will continue to communicate with you on a regular basis to ensure that you know the progress the possible delays and the proposed completion date.

They did so well to work with us within our budget and what we wanted for fences, turf, garden bed layout (we’re putting all plants in ourselves), and cement slabs. They came up with a really creative solution both for dealing with the high drop off from the side of our alfresco, and our sloping front yard, in order to stay within our budget. No one else had suggested these solutions, and we’re really happy and grateful that we found T&J
